General questions regarding our services can be found here

Is there a minimum time I need to book?

No. We cater for advanced as well as short notice. However, we are often fully booked so please do not be offended by a rejection of a same-day job!

Do you have a big enough van?

Yes we have a large fleet of vehicles at our disposal:

  • Panel Vans
  • 3.5 tonne Luton Vans
  • 7.5 tonne Lorry

My pickup is time sensitive - are you still able to collect?

We can collect and/or deliver time sensitive packages as required. Please get in touch and let us know the times and dates and we can even make sure we are there 15 minutes early!

What is the maximum weight you can carry?

We have a variety of different vans and can cater for almost any weight. If for some reason we are unable to transport your items, we will inform you when requesting a quote.

Can you call me before pickup?

Yes. We can give you a call from 1 hour to 15 minutes prior to arrival at the collection / delivery location!

Can you transport people?

No. Unfortunately, our insurance does not cover us to transport people. Please use a local taxi service should this be required!

We only need you to pick and pack, is that possible?

If you simply require help packing your items in to your own van or need help unpacking a van, we can help! Get in touch using our quote form for more information.

We require transport of goods in to the EU

Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Due to Brexit, we are reviewing cases of transport into Europe on a case by case basis.

Payment Questions

All questions relating to payment to us or of your goods.

Can I pay by Credit/Debit Card?

No. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by credit or debit card! All payments to be completed by Cash or Bank Transfer

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 10% deposit is required when booking a job to secure your timeslot in our diaries!

Can you pay the seller of the goods?

No. All goods for collection or delivery should be pre-paid before our arrival. We cannot collect cash from buyers or give cash to sellers.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes. All sales can be recorded and a recieipt for the work sent to an email address of your choice. Please ask in advance should you require this!
